PRICE MATCH POLICY
At Flashlight World, we work hard to offer competitive Canadian pricing from a trusted Canadian retailer.
If you find the identical product advertised for less by another authorized Canadian retailer, we will be happy to review a price-match request.
PRICE MATCH REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The competing retailer must be an authorized Canadian retailer.
- The product must be the exact same brand, model, version, and configuration.
- The competing product must be brand new.
- The competing product must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The competing price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
- The competing price must be in Canadian dollars.
- The product must be available to Canadian customers.
- Any shipping or handling charges charged by the competing retailer will be considered when comparing the final price.
AMAZON AND EBAY
Amazon and eBay listings are not eligible for price matching.
MARKETPLACES, THIRD-PARTY SELLERS & SUSPICIOUS WEBSITES
Price matches are not available for:
- marketplace sellers;
- private sellers;
- auction listings;
- used or refurbished products;
- open-box products;
- liquidation or clearance sellers where comparable authorized-retailer conditions do not apply;
- websites that appear fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or unreliable.
Flashlight World reserves the right to decline a price-match request if the competing source cannot be verified.
PROMOTIONAL OR SPECIAL PRICING
Price matching may not apply to:
- coupon codes;
- membership pricing;
- employee pricing;
- financing promotions;
- bundles;
- limited-quantity promotions;
- pricing errors;
- clearance pricing;
- discontinued products;
- other offers that cannot reasonably be matched on an equivalent basis.
HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE MATCH
Email us at:
Please include:
- the product you would like to purchase;
- a link to the competing retailer’s product page;
- the advertised price;
- any relevant shipping information.
We will review the request and verify the retailer, product, availability, and final comparable price.
If approved, we will provide instructions so you can purchase the product from Flashlight World at the approved price.
FINAL APPROVAL
All price-match requests are subject to verification and approval by Flashlight World.
A price displayed in error by Flashlight World or another retailer does not qualify for price matching.
Our goal is to offer fair and competitive pricing while ensuring comparisons are made between legitimate, equivalent Canadian retail offers.
