Warranty Policy
WARRANTY POLICY
Last updated: August 2026
Flashlight World is committed to helping customers obtain warranty service for legitimate product defects.
Warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, and the final resolution of a warranty claim are determined by the applicable manufacturer or Canadian distributor.
Flashlight World may assist with the warranty process for certain brands, but we do not determine warranty eligibility or approve warranty claims.
IMPORTANT
Flashlight World assists with the warranty process but does not determine warranty eligibility or approve warranty claims.
All warranty decisions are made by the applicable manufacturer or Canadian distributor.
Warranty terms and coverage vary by brand and product. For current warranty duration and complete manufacturer warranty terms, please refer directly to the applicable manufacturer’s website.
1. PROOF OF PURCHASE
Warranty assistance through Flashlight World is available only for products purchased directly from Flashlight World.
Please keep your Flashlight World order information.
When contacting us regarding a warranty claim, please provide your Flashlight World order number whenever possible.
2. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER
Flashlight World does not process warranty claims for products purchased from another retailer.
If your product was purchased elsewhere, please contact:
- the retailer where the product was purchased;
- the applicable manufacturer; or
- the applicable Canadian distributor.
This applies even when Flashlight World sells the same brand or product.
3. FENIX WARRANTY CLAIMS
Fenix warranty claims are handled directly by the Canadian Fenix distributor, Notosora.
Flashlight World does not process Fenix warranty claims.
To submit a Fenix warranty request, please complete the official Notosora warranty form:

This direct process is the appropriate and fastest way to obtain warranty service for a Fenix product.
There is no need to contact Flashlight World before submitting a Fenix warranty request.
4. KLARUS WARRANTY CLAIMS
Klarus warranty claims are handled directly by Tactical Innovations Canada, the Canadian Klarus distributor.
Flashlight World does not need to process the claim on the customer’s behalf.
For Klarus warranty assistance, please contact:
Tactical Innovations Canada
info@tacticalinnovations.ca
Please provide Tactical Innovations with your purchase information and the details of the problem.
They may request additional information, photos, videos, serial numbers, or troubleshooting depending on the issue.
For current Klarus warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer’s or Canadian distributor’s current warranty information.
5. NITECORE WARRANTY CLAIMS
For Nitecore products purchased from Flashlight World, please contact:
support@flashlightworld.com
Please include:
- your Flashlight World order number;
- a clear photo showing the product serial number;
- a short video clearly demonstrating the problem.
The photo and video are required because our supplier or manufacturer may require this evidence before reviewing or approving a warranty claim.
The video does not need to be long. It should simply show the problem clearly enough for the supplier or manufacturer to evaluate it.
Once we receive the required information, Flashlight World will submit or communicate the warranty request according to the applicable supplier or manufacturer procedure.
The final warranty decision is made by the applicable manufacturer or distributor, not by Flashlight World.

support@flashlightworld.com
Please include:
- your Flashlight World order number;

9. WARRANTY DURATION AND COVERAGE
Warranty duration and coverage vary depending on:
- manufacturer;
- product;
- product category;
- date of purchase;
- type of defect;
- manufacturer or distributor warranty terms.
For the most current warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and conditions, please refer to the applicable manufacturer’s official website.
Flashlight World does not extend, replace, or modify the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
10. WARRANTY APPROVAL
Submitting a warranty request does not guarantee that the claim will be approved.
Warranty eligibility is determined by the manufacturer or applicable Canadian distributor.
Depending on the circumstances, the manufacturer or distributor may:
- approve a repair;
- provide replacement parts;
- replace the product;
- provide another warranty solution;
- request additional troubleshooting;
- request additional evidence;
- decline the claim.
Flashlight World does not control the final warranty decision.
11. TROUBLESHOOTING
Before a warranty claim can be submitted or approved, the manufacturer, distributor, or Flashlight World may ask the customer to complete basic troubleshooting.
This may include checking:
- battery condition;
- battery orientation;
- charging equipment;
- charging cable;
- power source;
- lockout mode;
- product settings;
- contacts or connections;
- compatible accessories.
Troubleshooting is used to determine whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or by another correctable condition.
12. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover problems caused by circumstances such as:
- normal wear and tear;
- misuse;
- abuse;
- accidental damage;
- impact damage;
- improper maintenance;
- unauthorized modifications;
- unauthorized repair;
- negligence;
- improper use;
- use outside the product’s specifications;
- damage caused by incompatible batteries, chargers, or accessories.
Exact exclusions vary by manufacturer.
Please refer to the applicable manufacturer’s current warranty terms for complete information.
13. PHYSICAL DAMAGE
Visible physical damage does not automatically qualify as a manufacturing defect.
If a product has been dropped, crushed, modified, misused, or otherwise physically damaged, the manufacturer or distributor may determine that the issue is not covered under warranty.
The final determination is made by the applicable manufacturer or distributor.
14. WATER DAMAGE
Water resistance varies by product.
Damage caused by use outside the product’s rated water-resistance specifications may not be covered under warranty.
Please refer to the manufacturer’s specifications and warranty terms for the specific product.
15. WARRANTY SHIPPING
Do not ship a warranty product to Flashlight World, a manufacturer, or a distributor until you have received specific instructions.
Shipping requirements and responsibility for shipping costs vary depending on:
- the manufacturer;
- distributor;
- type of claim;
- location;
- warranty decision.
The applicable instructions will be provided once the claim has been reviewed.
16. REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS AND PARTS
The appropriate warranty resolution is determined by the manufacturer or distributor.
A customer cannot assume that a warranty claim will automatically result in a new replacement product.
Depending on the circumstances, the manufacturer or distributor may choose to:
- repair the product;
- replace a component;
- provide a replacement product;
- provide another appropriate solution.
Flashlight World follows the resolution authorized by the applicable manufacturer or distributor.
17. WARRANTY PROCESSING TIMES
Warranty claims may require communication with manufacturers or Canadian distributors.
Processing times vary depending on:
- brand;
- product;
- nature of the problem;
- availability of replacement parts or products;
- response time from the manufacturer or distributor.
Flashlight World cannot guarantee a specific warranty completion date.
We will communicate relevant updates when additional information or action is required.
18. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
To help avoid delays, customers should provide all requested information when submitting a warranty request.
For Nitecore, Acebeam and Imalent claims, please provide the required serial-number photo and short video with your initial message whenever possible.
Incomplete information may delay the manufacturer or distributor’s review.
