Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate shipping charge of $13.75 applies to orders under $150 in Canada.
- Please take note, Nunavut, Northwest Territories & Yukon does not qualify for free shipping. We charge a flat shipping rate of $18.95, which may increase based on package weight.
General Information
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.
- Shipping Methods: We use mostly Canada Post and Purolator to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your package’s journey.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
If an order is shipped to the address provided by the customer and that address is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the package or for delivery to that address.
If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will be happy to reship it to the correct address once it has been received. Reshipping charges will apply.
We will always do our best to assist in recovering or redirecting a package whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been shipped.
