Returns policy

If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.

You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

The Acebeam 21700 6400mAh 25A Rechargeable Li-ion Battery is a high-capacity, high-drain battery designed for powerful flashlights and other compatible devices requiring sustained current output.

With a massive 6400mAh capacity, it offers extended runtime compared with typical 21700 batteries, making it especially well suited for camping, search and rescue, professional use and emergency preparedness.

Its 25A continuous discharge capability is engineered for high-output flashlights that require strong, stable power delivery.

A built-in USB-C charging port allows the battery to be recharged directly without a separate battery charger. Integrated protection circuitry helps protect against over-voltage, over-current, short circuits, overcharging and overheating.

To prevent any mistake, please note that this battery is not a 18650 battery. Please only use 21700 batteries when indicated, not all 18650 battery powered lights will accept a 21700 battery.

We are unable to accept returned batteries once they have been opened, so please ensure they are the correct cell for your device before ordering.
